| Purpose | To deal with and answer your enquiry and, if you write to us about an order, a complaint or a return, to process it. |
| Legal basis | Enquiries: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (RGPD) when they concern a purchase or a product, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in dealing with the people who write to us) in all other cases. Orders, complaints and returns: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with our legal obligations on the guarantee and on the handling of complaints). |
| Retention | Enquiries: while we handle them and up to one year afterwards. Orders, complaints and returns: for the 3 years of the legal guarantee. In both cases, the data is then blocked for the limitation periods of possible liabilities and later deleted. |
| Recipients | Odoo S.A. (site hosting) and Google Ireland Limited, as provider of Google Workspace (email), as data processors. We do not pass your data on to any other third parties. |
| Transfers | Google may process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. You can ask for a copy of those safeguards by writing to [email protected]. |
